Cleaning & Laundry:
We aim for the highest standard of cleaning; our staff are provided with our own cleaning equipment and products which means peace of mind and no additional costs for you. After each clean we provide new toilet rolls (for every WC) and new bin liners.
The laundry service (bed linen and towels) includes laundering and ironing the linen and making beds with fresh linen. The linen is always laundered and ironed in a professional facility which only uses industrial grade equipment and products. We do not launder and iron the linen ourselves, because only a professional laundry is able to remove stains and iron large items of linen which is impossible to do with domestic equipment. This besides 'looking and feeling better' ensures a longer life cycle of your linen during its use.

Our service include: signing and management of tenancy contracts (on behalf of the owner), handling of security deposits, periodic property checks, colection of electric and water bill fees, maintenance and emergency services.
