Cleaning & Laundry
We aim at the highest standard of cleaning; we can meet and discuss your exact requirements.
Changeover clean includes: property check and clear upon departure of the guests, full clean including windows and patios (except areas with dangerous access), leaving new toilet roll (for every toilet) and new bin liners. We use of our own cleaning tools and materials.
Changeover clean: 1-bedroom apartment: from 40 EUR
Changeover clean: 2-bedroom apartment: from 50 EUR
Changeover clean: 3-bedroom apartment: from 60 EUR
Linen: EUR 10 / person;
includes one set of bed linen, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, 2 tea towels / apartment, 1 bath mat per bathroom. Price includes making beds with fresh linen. We do not bind our clients with lengthy contracts. We are working on “pay as you go” basis.
Management & Maintenance: prices on request
Our full range of management services will ensure complete peace of mind whilst you are away from your property. All our contact details are displayed in the property and we are available for your guests to ensure they can contact us should any issues occur. We will inform you if any maintenance is required and have a reliable trustworthy pool of builders, handymen and specialists to call upon.
Security checks / Periodic property checks
General Maintenance / Reception of scheduled deliveries / Shopping / etc.
