Dear Tom and Anna, it has been 3 years now since you took over caring for our villa. I now consider you both as friends and not just a company looking after the house. The house is super clean and I only have excellent reviews from our guests. You deal with all our problems quickly and efficiently and show consideration to our guests, eg making sure repairs are done either at the most suitable time for the guest or after they have checked out. No problem has been too big, you get things sorted and always at the best price.
Your invoices are transparent, I know exactly the costs of everything you do, and I know the prices are the best.
My friends were delighted with the special stunning birthday cake and balloons you organized, made a big birthday a memorable occasion.
I can't praise you highly enough and don't know what I'd do without you. You have done so much for us over the years and I can rest easy knowing you are taking care of our home in the sun 🌞

I am losing count of the number of times we have been to this apartment (or the one next door)!
We are lucky enough to go three or four times a year and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
On this occasion we were even more impressed that previously. A new management company is now in charge and Tom and Anna of Sunset Properties were both charming and very efficient, fixing the small problem we had very quickly.
I thoroughly recommend the apartment, the complex it's in and the area.
